Two ladies in Hampshire had their homes recently modified. However, during the renovation work, a contractor failed to seal a pipe correctly, which led to water spreading beneath the new wooden floor throughout the ground floor of their home. The contractor’s insurance company accepted liability for the damage caused, and Sabre Assessing was appointed to manage the claim.
An approved contractor of Sabre visited our clients and discussed the necessary work and its impact. We then submitted a proposal to the insurance company, which was approved. Throughout the process, we collaborated with our clients and the contractor to ensure minimum disruption.
