Our clients contacted their insurance company who arranged for a contractor to repair the pipe. After the repair was completed, the insurance company closed the claim, assuming that all the work was done. However, the damp issues persisted, and our clients sought our assistance to resolve the matter.

After a period of negotiation, the insurance company agreed to all the work recommended by our contractor.
The insurance company paid for our client’s stay in a comfortable home while our contractor completed the work on their home.
